What is your side of the story?: basically back then i was impatient over my promotion and have let my feelings got the better of me and ended up breaking staff handbooks and policy (sit farm and ignoring Senior admin call for an explanation over my outburst)
Why should you return / what will you change?: as time have passed i have grown as a individual to learn to be patient and do my part no matter which position I'm at. looking back at my action it was rather a man child behavior of me to do that , i have self confidence within myself to never reoccur this type of behavior ever again as i am more grown up now , as to part on "why should you return?" i simply would like to be part of staff team once again and lend everyone within staff team the support from me by helping with sits , taking sits , making sure no one is breaking rules and so on. i have always been honest with my work and requirements always met on time as well have the profession skill with handling sits , however i do understand if i am still to not be trusted at all anymore. but i am here to correct my past errors by showing you that I really am changed into better.
