Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I am applying for the position of Director of Internal Security as the Department, like all other departments, needs strong leadership & great management of their team. Since becoming Commissioner, i have taken over the Unit of Record Keeping, which solely handles & and all documentation for the department, making sure it is stored correctly & with Brayan in Record Keeping as well, we are tasked with storing & securing any & all investigation finding & tribunal evidence, Both on site & in externals. Further for RP, i am working with Rupert on being his assistant prosecutor for an upcoming tribunal. Just recently, i had worked on my Vampire/Dracula Storyline & was stealing the blood of mulitple people like CSG Archangel & Site Advisor Dechamps

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:

I am suitable for the Position of Director for the reasons i have listed below
Experience
The passed experience i have gained from being in several different Site Administration position and being a former Director of Internal Security, back when i was formally named "Internal Affairs" has given me great progress & guidance into achieving the positions i have set my eyes on both in the passed & what i am wishing to become currently. This kind of experience has given me the necessary skills top excel as a Department Director or higher. Furthermore, i have been within ISD now for almost 2 month & during that, have been given many responsibilities as both an Inspector & Commissioner, such as Record Keeping Unit, Complete trust of the ISD Hub & redesign/making of our current ISD Roster which i had asked Ethics to undertake in completing.

External Networks & Documentation
For documentation, Over the past month & a half, i have been solely responsible for the adaptation of every current ISD used document we as a department have to work with. From arrest reports to Ethics Summons & from Incident reports to Warrants for arresting, Investigations and Audits. I have created and published all of these documents which are free to access & use from the Internal Security Hub. From when i was given the role of Inspector, i have been trusted enough to have access to the ISD Hub, which allowed me to add all of these documents as well as make their descriptions & added a Google drive link to each section, so all ISD can download the relevant .dat files & use them to their hearts content. I included instructions on how to download every document & where to place the file as well as How to upload each relevant document to SCIPNET. Additionally, some of the documents were merely updated to suit ISD more better an a Policing Departments such as the Arrest Reports and Incident reports. However, i had created myself the templates for each present warrant for arresting personnel or authorising an investigation or audit. Originally, the Ethics Tribunal Summons was only in hard copy form, stickied to a corkboard & can only be give by an EC with the specific template which would be hard to come by. Due to this, i also remade & added this very same document to the Hub, also downloadable.

For the roster, as stated above, i was tasked with making an new one, similar to O-1's roster in terms of simplicity which is now our official Roster. This one is completely manual, not needing any unnecessary Google forms or coding with just destroys the roster from a mistake or spelling error. Inspectors are now given full access to the roster but, of course i keep a backup in my personal drive in the event its grieved which i make a new backup when i feel its needed.

Training
I have a huge amount of training within ISD, being trained initially by Former Directors, Charles Whitmee & John Dear who mentored me through who whole journey in Internal Affairs from Agent to becoming Director before going to SA. After which, IA/ISD knowledge & training was closely kept to me so that if & when i needed to as an authorised rank, could perform ISD duties as ISD, SA or ECM without overstepping my bounds and just assisting them during slow times. Furthermore, i have trained & dealt with countless Agents & Ambassadors during my IA days at my complete discretion. These may be quite old trainings from IA during a time forgotten, however i feel these trainings were some of the best displays of keeping IA & ISD a respectful & professional department.
During my time as an Inspector, I have trained some Agents & though some may see this as not many, these Agents to my knowledge have not cause any issues for the department & even one of them has already reached the rank of Inspector.

Since failing my commissioner interview a few weeks back, we have relaunched out new Community Service Program for any ISD to partake in. This allows ISD to hand out alternative sentences other than jailtime, allowing those who get arrested to not have to sit & wait until their time is over. We can sentence those to complete tasks such as completing documents for their respective department, cleaning department offices of our choosing or recite sections of the FLC, relevant to their charges. Furthermore, We will soon be introducing a series of Fines to allow our department, SA or Foundation command to have a good source of income, but this has been been finalised yet.

Knowledge
Being a previous ISD Director & Ambassador, i have great knowledge in how ISD should be run as a department & i feel i can provide great assistance in making ISD one of the best departments to work in within Site-65. Now, with some more time within ISD, i feel i have gained greater learning & guidance into how this department should be shaped.


What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security, though quite challenging as you are one of two main contacts for any & all ISD affairs, Policy changes & ISD Operations including daily tasks, This position is VERY rewarding. You as a Director are responsible for the Management & alteration of any ISD Policy which all have to follow. When roaming the site, you are the lead in every known operation ISD are executing or have been asked to execute. These could be anything from Investigations into Departments or Personnel, Issuing orders to ISD for completion such as Patrolling site & making an arrest. As a Director, not only are you watching over all site staff present nearby or from a far, you are observing your own department, Including your Leadership team of Commissioners & inspectors, watching every move for reasonable or justifiable action if acceptable.

As a Director, you have sole jurisdiction over every arrest than happens within ISD's interrogation area, unless overruled by Site Administration with reasonable cause or Foundation Command. You also have full jurisdiction over authorisation of any attempted issuing of Arrests, Investigations, Audits & Operation warrant or requests. As a Director, you have full discretion of any punishment which has to handed out to your own department, unless given by Site Administration or Foundation Command. This can be to any ISD personnel, However arresting or reprimanding Agents up to Commissioners is the most common of punishment.

What tangible RP have you done to facilitate your elevation to Director, including RP that you plan to do? I can appreciate ISD is very much a reactionary role, though your application summarizes itself into two main points - you have experience in CL4 duties in the department, and you're good at external documentation. Those are good - but the main motivating factor for your elevation should be RP ability.

I very vividly remember your historical attempts at 'RP' which were done almost exclusively through Discord - posting 'Discord Orders' which often consisted of telling people to do things that were part of their normal duties.. i.e. "keep an eye on X department".. with no reason, motivation or actual specifics behind it

Hey sceptre, so you asked these very same questions on both DoIS applications, so let me ease your mind.

For created RP in the last month, as i stated in my app above, I’ve been working with Rupert of prosecuting for a tribunal against an Event character. Normally, you’d think it’s nothing more than waiting for the tribunal to start to create RP about but, I have used all the evidence brought forward by Rupert & created Affidavit’s which have been written & signed by both Rupert & and O-1 stating what they saw when encountering the defendant.

Furthermore, I did some of my own RP, involving my Vampire storyline, which was also above. This was me, choosing my victims to extract blood from, for my characters hunger, this RP involved the blood of Archangel & SA Dechamps, who I believe can vouch for that as it was only this week. That RP involved being hunted by archangel & tortured for my crimes.

For ISD orientated RP, Yes I am still issuing Operations to ISD member via discord which is still how I issued them as an ECM. If you have issue with how is make departmental orders, I appreciate any advice you wish to give, however these orders given over DC, are purely for record keeping & evidence holding, for tribunal use. All operations are of course done while on site & are completed only when all on site activities are done, the rest of it is just closing the operations on DC. I use Discord mainly as I believe is quite effective in having the Department actively understand all of ISD’s current operations, but it’s not all just in Discord. We have a mail room now in ISD Wing & are planning to add all operation in document for in there to view, when ISD is more comfortable.

For RP created in ISD, we have launched that “Community Service” which again is talked about in the application. I have created some RP involving that, by handing alternative options to FLC Violators, by offering them simple labour tasks to reduce or even expunge their charges.
