How many hours can you be on everyday: 1 - 4 h

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:

Not in Gmod but in SCP SL. I would host a few small events such as: "The Anomalous Shopkeeper", a merchant selling items at the EZ checkpoint for coins. The higher the items value, the more coins were needed to purchase it. Many players would line up in an orderly fashion to actually have a chance to require these items and sometimes it would even turn into chaos. However that is how SCP SL should be, so I didn't do anything against it and had a good laugh with everyone else.

Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:

If you can count creativity and interest in learning... then yes. While my creativity may vary from day to day, I still enjoy to come up with RP scenarios, even in my freetime when I have nothing better to do. It does take a bit of planning and maintenance to actually put it in effect however unless it is something minimal. Now onto the interest to learn part. I like to learn to not only improve my but also the knowledge of those around me and help them however I can. That way it can be shared, potentially turning into a smaller problem or even disappearing completely.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:

ISD Unit - LCH 2.0 : A prototype robot named Legal Codex Helper 2.0 or in short LCH 2.0 that is stationed in front of medical, helping people if they have any questions regarding the FLC or wish to make a report. He would relay all the information gathered to ISD, report suspicious behaviour and warn foundation personnel if they were to misbehave. Of course he wouldn't engage to arrest them himself, as he isn't programmed to do so and has yet to be tested in that particular area. Of course foundation personnel would also be able to ask him different questions, which could potentially fry his brain chip and make him shutdown right then and there. A techie would be needed to repair LCH 2.0 to function once more.

OOC: Robot playermodel with possible ISD logo on it's body, if not then colour should match the representing department. Basically will be either stationed or patrolling LCZ/LLCZ and LARPing with others. As the robot I won't be having emotions at all, but will still be able to display emotions if asked to do so. Now onto what could fry the brain chip of the robot? By asking him complex questions like what is X divided by zero would be enough to fry the brain chip. A techie would simply fix me by doing a /me action and rolling 100 afterwards.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:

'Nameless' The Info Broker : The info broker identified as 'Nameless' will wander around surface, selling information about CAF/PDF/UN and asking for something in return of course. He won't take money aspayment, rather he will ask the people he is dealing with to do something for him. Depending on the value of the information he will ask for various tasks to be completed first, for example: Delivering a certain letter to one of his contacts (Could be anyone that has access to surface) in a certain amount of time, bringing him keycards, certain weaponry, etc. Nobody knows how he does it, they simply learn to accept that he has his own ways of gaining information...

OOC: Dark cloaked and masked playermodel. He will be seen as an anomalous trader of information and will only do business with those he seems "worthy" (Combative Personnel). If someone were to threaten 'Nameless', he will then blacklist them for trades and disappear into thin air only to re-appear somewhere else. The info Broker also doesn't know EVERYTHING, he won't be able to tell you the real name of -2 for example. He will be more like a fortune teller, being able to trade information based on a roll, the worst being 0-4, usable being 5 and lastly good information being 6-10.

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:

Anomalous Civillian? : There have been multiple reports of someone in Pinewood actually being able to heal people's wounds by simply touching them and curing their sicknesses by raising his hand towards them. The UNGOC are the first ones to recieve this information, having the chance to investigate themselves or ask the foundation to assist in this matter. It won't be easy identifying the anomalous person, as it will be like trying to find a needle in a haystack and probably will require interrogation of a few individuals.

OOC: Normal Civilian playermodel with maybe a bit different set of clothes. I will be utilizing the Helper's SWEP from 22415-1 to actually assist the medical personnel on surface, banishing civilians in harms way to save them and provide healthcare as well as therapy if needed. Word will of course spread around and in the end I will probably be cuffed, kidnapped and researched on. It doesn't matter if I will be terminated or be utilized for anyone's cause once all is done.

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:

Foundation Cargo : A helicopter of the Foundation was supposed to deliver fresh supplies back to Site - 65, however it unfortunately crashed and the pilot is nowhere to be seen. Both the Foundation and the Chaos Insurgency will be notified of this event. Both of them having the objective to recover as many supplies as possible from the wreckage and fight each other while doing so. They will only be rewarded once they manage to carry the heavy crates back to their territory.

OOC: Crash site will be built before notifying both factions, the crates will have to be physically held and taken back to their base in order to recieve the reward (Money or Chemicals).

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:

SCP - 662 Butler's Hand Bell (Mr. Deeds) : Nu-7 found a small silver bell in the remains of a Serpent's Hand convoy they attacked and destroyed. They also find a document with it, clearly stating that it is anomalous and has special capabilities. They hand it over to E-11, which call RSD to assist in finding out what this thing is capable of. Simply put a new SCP being tested in non-spec with the Gamemaster appearing as the butler (Mr. Deeds) once someone rings the bell. As previously stated Mr. Deeds will only appear once someone rings the bell, making him appear from around the corner (location out of line of sight), walking over to the ringer and addressing them by their proper title and last name. Once done they will be asking for what they were called for, doing whatever the ringer wants from them, if it is possible of course. For example going out of line of sight only to return moments later with a perfectly made sandwich. Mr. Deeds won't be able to bring more complex things like vehicles, aircraft, etc. Mr. Deeds is also immune to harm or death itself, as he will vanish once out of line of sight and re-appear fully healed once the bell is rung again.

OOC: Playermodel with a black suit. Firstly I will bring the little box containing the bell as an NU-7 Operative to compound, handing it over to someone else, explaining that it was found in the remains of a Serpent's hand convoy and that it is anomalous before disappearing. The box will make its way to E-11, who will call RSD over comms to research this anomaly and find out what it does. The rest is already said in the top of what Mr. Deeds can do.

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):

Horrific Dimension Opening: A portal to a horrific dimension with some sort of fleshy humanoid entities has opened on surface, attacking everyone on sight and killing people in the most horrific ways possible. Civilians are forced to seek shelter with one of the three factions (CAF/PDF/UN) and the three factions are forced to have a temporary cease-fire to deal with this anomalous event. The UN would be focusing on firepower, as well as assisting in closing the portal, considering these entities are a REAL danger to humanity and could potentially wipe everyone out since waves of them keep coming endlessly. CAF would primarily focus on closing the portal while also assisting the UN with their firepower, sealing the portal and keeping humanity alive is just as important to them as it is for the UN. PDF would also assist with their firepower, however they would most likely try to make use of these anomalies, potentially trying to capture one/multiple to study and utilize them for future raids.

OOC: Portal opening near Pinewood with hostile entities like Zombies from half life 2 for example spawning from there in waves. The three factions will have to work together either way, communicating properly, planning together and fighting side by side. However, will any one of them stab the others in the back later? Who knows... Anything could happen and it depends on all of their actions.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible:

Death Loop :

Dying all the time without being able to do much and this continuing on for quite some time is tiresome. This de-motivates players from actually engaging in the event and would rather make them sit by the sidelines while everyone else suffers from the lack of engagement. Basically not making an event unfair by keeping players locked up in their spawns rather than charging into death.

Lag :

While this is a typical answer most likely, I still see it as important enough to mention it. Gamemasters should try their best to host events while causing as little lag as possible in the server by only using as much entities as needed and not overdoing it.

Repeativity :

Hosting the same event over and over again isn't really a good idea simply because it gets less engagement each time. While it may be hard to come up with new events, I am sure the other Game Masters would be willing to help and share their ideas or potentially come up with new ones.

Excessive Combat :

Combat should be a part of RP on the server, I have nothing against that... however, it shouldn't be always the case. As some people rather enjoy doing RP instead of fighting all the time. The server is called SCP-RP for a reason.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?

To be honest a few of my friends on the server encouraged me to actually make an application to become a Gamemaster and I finally decided today will be the day I do it.

I want to make use of my creativity, hosting events to get more engagement within the server and also create some funny moments for others to share. While I already have been doing this with a handful of people within GSD as a Chief of Security, I want to also do the same for all the departments within the Foundation, basically reach more people and make the server more enjoyable.

great success!

I like this application, yes here and there, the Ideas are missing the in-depth description but all in all it's a good application and he brings a lot of experience from his playtime.
