Why are you applying for a Special Agent position?
The reason that I am applying for Special Agent is because I feel like I could serve that foundation way better with a new, higher-up role that involves more leadership than a Senior Agent role. I believe that this foundation really depends on the Department of External Affairs and I think it needs great leadership. And I understand that this role comes with great responsibility, but I believe that I have enough discipline to execute this role.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I feel that I am suitable for the role of Special Agent because of my professionalism and the work that I've done with handling hostile GOIs and stopping info breaches with civilians. I feel that I always remain calm under pressure and with hot-headed individuals. I also am kind but firm at the same time. I am not discouraged from leading people or enforcing people harshly if they make consequences or don't follow the legal codex. I also feel that I communicate clearly with both other departments and GOIs, and I always seem to maintain the ability to keep people not stressed and calm.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
As shown by my time as an executive researcher, I've made plenty of excellent and great documents, some including the CRB format that many CRB members use today and also a research format that many people use today. Now, I've also written up and helped the director of CRB with the roster creation as well. So I could say I'm pretty experienced in making documents overall with my past experience.
Good documents are also structured in a way that presents the information without confusion and easily tells what's going on through verbal communication. Any reader of the document should not be confused whatsoever or lost. There should be easy findings and a firm conclusion over the study. Also, the document needs a good goal of study because without one, the whole document will fall apart.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
- Maintain communication with GOIs while protecting the Foundation
- Handle civilians in a controlled manner.
- Manage cover stories and misinformation
- Conduct field operations like diplomacy and negotiation
- Support other Foundation departments in investigations that other GOIs
- Maintain confidentiality at all times, like using amnestics when necessary
- Helping manage untrained or uneducated DEA personnel
