Time zone: PST
Foundation Name (include your regiment and rank if applicable): Executive Researcher/E-11 CPL Stee Ven
Chaos name (include your rank): CI-B Stee Ven Sr
Civilian name: Stee Ven Jr
Steam ID: Do you have a mic?: Yes it's my main communication method
What server are you applying for?: SCP-RP USA
Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications:
SCP 96 Accepted, Exec #1 Denied, GOC Denied, Mod Accepted, Exec #2 Accepted
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
FearRP FailRP Both class A for running away from 2 people with guns on me and jumping off a cliff to avoid arrest, LTARP ban I think i had a power outage in my area.
Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community?:
No I do not.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
I have lots of time on the server and in another RP server, this server was MilitaryRP from a while back. No longer exists but I was a fairly high rank
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
Weekdays 1-4 hours, Weekends 2-9 hours
Why do you want to become a Gamemaster on our server?
I want to become a gamemaster because of the amount of RP and creativity potential this server holds. As a researcher I have been able to use creativity to make some good experiments however I am fairly limited without the help of a GM. I also have several good ideas for events involving several sides of the server and departments in the Foundation that encourage passive and combat RP, but it can be difficult to convince a GM to put their own projects on hold to help you with yours. I also want to become a GM to help build my creativity skills and proficiency with Pac3. I also see the civilians always trying to create creative RP scenarios by making things like church of the cured, creating gas stations that get robbed and end up with police chases and shootouts, surface anomaly cults and more, as well as many tests that a GM could enhance or turn into full events.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I believe in my time in the staff team I showed quick improvement and learning how to become acceptable since I passed my trial period in just a few days with me needing not much help past my first day. (My staff mentor was also very helpful.) I also showed creativity with my tests as a researcher. I also am always looking for ways to improve which I have shown by going from a nuisance to trusted person with positive reputation in under a month. I also do not give up easily which I demonstrate by always working to get tests approved no matter how difficult it can be. Lastly, I show consideration for others because I'm always trying to help give feedback and help people with tests as an executive researcher. All of these demonstrate also my improved & improving reputation and dedication to the server. I also have participated in the vast majority of departments in the server so I know how some can be left out of events like civilians, IA/Ethics, Site Command/Admin in general, etc. and I want to help make experiences for them.

"Brothers, come together. Today is the day we ascend this plane."
"This plan sounds preposterous, are you positive this will go to plan? We're trusting a group of murderous lunatics with such respons-"
"Enough. I have heard your objections, but the plan must continue. If we wish to reach true godhood, without fail this time, we must not cut corners with the rituals again."
"I... understand."
"When will it be set into motion?"
"When the Chaos Insurgency is ready. They will decimate the location with a nuclear weapon while we activate the teleportation ritual. At this point the D-Class will appear and have the chance to grab guns and medical supplies the Chaos Insurgency deploys. Then, us and the Chaos Insurgency will deploy to round up the D-Class & fight off anyone else that shows up.
"So does this include the Foundation?"
"And the Coalition?"
"Most definitely. But the more D-Class truly believe we will free them, then... the more powerful we will become. All we need after that is their lives. Once we ascend, we will need their help no longer."
"What about the others we left behind?"
"You must learn to give up the past for a brighter future. Begin the teleportation ritual."
"I understand."

GOC: Apotheosis: I | A hume field appeared inside the GOC base, with a tall (~7 feet) humanoid wearing a suit, with eyes that have a nebulous texture emerging from it. The humanoid looks around the base, questioning how the machine failed, and that the ritual 'was perfect'. The GOC decides to question him, and he speaks about 'failing to reach godhood.' The entity shows some anomalous abilities consistent with reality bending like anomalous durability, strength, speed, etc. The GOC must question to figure out what exactly what to do, and why this entity is here. Eventually the entity will disappear, either if attacked or threatened. The person will reveal they simply wanted ultimate power and developed a machine/ritual to achieve the power, however it failed and sent him to this world. The person also displays unusual speed and the ability to use weapons while jumping easily. Near the end the person will state in a secure comms channel that says [???] talking about them realizing the GOC commonly destroys anomalous humans, and becomes angry, realizing that they alongside the Foundation, might slow down their goal. |
CI: Apotheosis: II | After learning about the GOC and Foundation, the entity decides the best course of action is to eliminate the main threats. However, the Foundation and GOC are massive, so the entity decides to go to CI for help. If negotiations are successful, they will work together in the future to eliminate their common enemy. He also decides to bring some other members of his group that attempted to reach godhood but appeared in other places in the world like him, in order to do a raid at a later time. The entity explains that it needs a large sum of people that can be easily influenced to help it ascend to godhood. Should CI assist in this then the entity promises to eliminate all of the CI's enemies. The CI informs the group of D-Class, and they agree they would be the perfect people to use for the ritual. However, the only issue is getting enough D-Class, as it requires a massive amount. This event is mostly passive RP between CI and the group negotiating to meet eachother’s needs in a reasonable manner. |
CI/F: Apotheosis: III | The Apotheosis group has came together with the objective of reaching D-Block and supplying D-Class with guns and the promise of freedom to see if they are even a viable option to extract. A group of 3 reality benders with different abilities, alongside CI. This is mainly to assess the D-Class' performance to see if its even worth using them as sacrifices.

O-1 Mission | Stopping Selfish Gains | > Incoming Transmission of Priority ALPHA from Ethics Committee Hello MTF Omega-1, The Ethics Committee has an imperative mission for you. The Overseers are once again abusing their power. However, this time, it is significantly different and more critical. The Overseers are using MTF Alpha-1 to help them perform the Third Apotheosis Ritual (further details are not needed) which would send them into godhood, turning them into unstoppable entities ascending past our plane of existence. Essentially, they could do absolutely whatever they wanted and NOBODY could stop them. As you know, the Overseers don't simply die to a bullet to the head. This is intended by us. The Overseer's 'revive' function restores a limited version of their memory only wiping the previous ~24 hours. As a result, your job will be to terminate all members of the Overseer Council. You are permitted to steal any disguises necessary. You'll be deploying to a town decimated by a Chaos Insurgency warhead. You have two objectives. Objective Alpha - Kill Overseer Council members and anyone that stands in your way. Once that's completed; Objective Beta - Save all civilians you can find. The fact is, we are not sure at all what would happen if the Overseers succeed. They may help humanity; they may dispose of every inconvienience and turn Earth into their personal hotel with on-demand service. Either way, they cannot be trusted. Stop them by ANY means necessary. > End of Transmission |
MTF Alpha-1 Mission | A New Purpose | > Loading encrypted transmission.... > .... > PLEASE ALIGN YOUR EYES WITH THE ON-SCREEN GUIDE. IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF ███-███████ "███ █████ ████" (INTERNAL SECURITY DEPARTMENT) PLEASE DISABLE THE SCREEN IN THIRTY (30) SECONDS TO AVOID MTF KILLSQUAD DEPLOYMENT. > Scanning... >Scan Complete. Welcome, ██████. > Mission ██████ Alpha-1 Agents, today is a glorious day for the Council. Today, we have discovered a way to become gods. We will make the Foundation greater than before, and all we require is your assistance. To perform the ritual, we require your undying loyalty and belief. However; MTF Omega-1 and other regiments may work to stop you. If anybody sees you during this mission, you are authorized to terminate. When the ritual is complete, we will become Great, and we will become One. |
Nu-7 | The Machine | > Incoming transmission… > Attention Nu-7 units of Area-13, Site-56, Site-273, you are being deployed to a city that was decimated by a Chaos Insurgency warhead. The Chaos Insurgency is working with a group of three individuals using various rituals and machines involving a large number of D-Class that was scattered throughout the area after extreme hume distortion in Site-56's D-Block. You will have two objectives, one (alpha) more important than the other (beta)' > Mission Alpha - Use the heavy weapons and vehicles to destroy the machine emitting large amounts of hume distortions and bringing CI and D-Class into the area. Destroy the machine to slow down their efforts. > Mission Beta - Terminate all D-Class and CI on sight. > If the machine is rebuilt, resume Mission Alpha. Make sure you remain on frequency 293.323 to stay in contact with other combatives. |
E-11 | The Facility | > Attention, E-11 Operatives. You are being deployed to the same location Nu-7 is being dispatched to, however not to recontain any SCPs. MTF Zeta-9 is unavailable and cannot secure the location. As a result, you are requested to secure the perimeter and interior of the facility as anomalous entities have been detected within, to stop Nu-7 from being interrupted. > Entity log within the facility: - Intelligent humanoid, medium reality bending capabilities. Possibly negotiate since termination at this time is unlikely - Two SCP-966 instances mutated by the radiation. Significantly more speed and works in reverse, slowing people down and killing when targets are not able to move. - Possibly other anomalies on topside. > E-11 main priorities will be pacification/neutralization of anomalies in the field. Be on frequency 293.323 |
Chaos Insurgency | 'Deific Supplication' | > Opening message... > "Today is a wonderful day for us. Today, we are working with an, admittedly, shakily trusted ally, who has promised to destroy the enemies of the CI. You will be required to work to protect and capture D-Class personnel and Foundation personnel to learn about enemy movements & positions. D-Class are required for the ritual. You do not need to know what a ritual is, only that you must capture D-Class and promise they will be free." > A large sum of D-Class will be needed for the ritual to complete, as a result your primary target will be them. Capture D-Class and return them to the marked location, give them weapons for self-defense and make sure they do not die. NCO+ is authorized to use Class-F amnestic to substitute for D-Class. |
Foundation Staff | Stuck in crossfire | While the teleportation ritual worked with the D-Class, it also brought lots of Foundation staff like researchers, specialists, and chefs to the destroyed wasteland scattered about without comms, leaving them to fend for themselves.. Research - You have no communications and need to find shelter or a way to find the Foundation and avoid the CI. Armed, hostile D-Class, SCPs, and Chaos Insurgents roam in vehicles and on foot, or whatever those monsters walk with.. You were dropped in the contested territory of the ruined buildings. Should you try to run to Foundation, expect to be sniped by the CI or a D-Class. Search around for radios you may find. Who knows, you might find a way to contact other friendlies. Intelligence - You will be mainly attempting to go undercover as D-Class or CI. Rescue Foundation personnel and terminate all D-Class you see. You are encouraged to rescue civilians as well. Internal Affairs - You wake up and look side to side pained seeing a few other agents. You walk outside and see a brown sky and a ruined building. You don't know where this came from only that something is wrong. You lose your communications and access cards, you must now move out to figure out what is going on. Security - You fall in the middle of a vast brown valley alongside everyone else. You tune your radio to the frequency, confused, scared.. You see some D-Class in the distance running around, shooting at researchers. You don't know what is happening but you know you need to protect Foundation personnel. Medical - Same as research, work together to try & live. Misc. Site Staff- Same as research Ethics - Described in O-1 mission, only difference is try to survive & not get captured until saved. O5 - Described in Alpha-1 Mission. However, you will be performing the ritual alongside your task force. Get it done by any means necessary so you can advance the Foundation past it's previous limits. |
