What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not kill people for being excited!

Why should you be unbanned: I called a sit on an officer who killed me for seemingly absolutely no reason. When the sit was responded to, he was not warned for killing me. I then killed someone else for the same reason provided (being excited), and instead of getting no warning, I got a ban. This is clearly either selective banning or a double standard, and I struggle to understand the admin's logic on this. I did the exact same thing, gave the exact same reasoning, yet I got a ban and the other person was let off free. I'm new to the server and didn't know the rules, I was literally just going off of what the other admin had told me, and now I'm banned for 6 hours?

Hi, @Allice

Thank you for your time putting in the ban appeal. I have looked over the appeal and spoken with the staff member who had banned you. I understand being a new player and things being new to you, but still this isn't an excuse when you have already commited this rule break prior to this hence the 6 hour ban, being excited is not a valid reason to kill a player.

If you could please read this rule here;

1.02 Do not RDM/RVDM- Random Deathmatch or Random Vehicle Deathmatch. You must have a real and justifiable reason to kill or attempt to kill another player. Players should also be given reasonable time to comply with demands.
Examples of reason to kill someone;
• You or someone else is in a life-threatening situation.
• You gave someone clear verbal commands, with time to comply, and they fail to do so.
Regarding verbal commands, you should use non-lethal options as a first approach. Shooting should only occur if the individual continues to act in a manner that poses a serious threat after being given a clear warning. Immediate lethal force is not justified unless absolutely necessary.


Regards to the other player involved. I will speak with the staff member and work out what the player had done to kill you etc. And work out the punishment needed.

You may not reapply as it's a 6 hour ban.
