What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will take more mind and focus into my actions to prevent this from happening again, and be mindful of what is told to me.

Why should you be unbanned: I was spamming a hotkey on my keyboard and was not macroing, i actively leave my game open in a small window, on another monitor with "volume 0" while i watch videos, i did not notice i was banned until after a break i saw this ban. i believe i was wrongfully accused of macroing but this can be understandable as i did not pay mind to my game, but i was physically pressing my bind and not macroing. as for the "Farming" i would like more insight as searching for any specifics on this, is not found in the rules. If more insight can be brung to this, i can take actions to prevent this further, but currently i have no thought or intent on what this is, from the rules i have checked: https://civilnetworks.net/community/threads/scp-rp-rules.2244/ i dont see any thing suggesting or hinting towards this. i would love to be back on and sorry for this mishap, hopefully it can be resolved.

I have reviewed your appeal & same as the friend that you had also XP farming with you, failed to acknowledge the common sense that you can not AFK, sit in a chair side by side accepting crediting via Researcher > GSD. As you, neither your friend, are able to come to that realization and acknowledge your attempts of some work around because it is not "specifically written down that way." You can expect your ban to remain the full duration.
