What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not attempt to release 682 from restraints

Why should you be unbanned: I have been apart of this server for about 8 months now and i have seen: Guards, Cadets, Janitors, Tech Experts & even consultants do the same thing that i did without any repercussion, but when i do it it's the end of the world. I recently got banned for a week and i have been improving a lot since then, a staff member named Douglas said that i was doing so much better and i should keep improving which i have been. I decided to be funny and try to release an scp and then all of a sudden i got pulled into a staff room, and the staff member didn't really listen to what i had to say, he just wanted to ban me and get it out of the way. I believe that i deserve a second chance because CN is all i play and i have almost 20 people who could vouch for me and say that i've been a whole lot better since i got banned. But, i dont see this in the rulebook and i was having the time of my life last night, i really hope that you can take my appeal into consideration and i also hope that you could give me another chance to prove myself, thank you for reading this. I will also be reading the rulebook to make sure that i stay caught up on the rules.

I had pulled you initially after seeing what happened in a clip that was provided to me in which you could be seen running up to 682 as a janitor.
I had shown you the evidence of this and you doubled down saying there was nothing in the rules prohibiting you from breaking out 682. Then which I explained that it was FailRP as;

1. It is not your job as a janitor to break out SCPs
2. What you were doing would've been unauthed treason RP

Coupled with the fact you were banned just over a week ago/your general history made me come to the ultimatum of banning you for 3 days.

Hello. Id like to give a staff point of view of this. So there is a point where warns/bans are considered "expired". These range anywhere from 3 to 6 months, and some are permanent. So when we do a ban we take a look at what bans are permanent as well as what bans are still active . And same with warnings. I'll use RDM as a prime example, RDM is a 3 month cool down for warnings. So 2 RDM warns within 3 months would be a 6 hour ban so on and so on. Stuff like this can be found here: Warning sheet staff use

Alright, A staff member told me otherwise but its fine. But i dont think i did anything bad ( other than my warnings and bans ). But i do conpletly understand that releasing SCPs is failrp/treason RP. But i dont think a 3 day ban warrants it, i was conpletly hoping it would be a 1 day or a 6 hour ban or something. But thank you for the clarification

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.


Unforntaly i can not accept you ban appeal as you have prio for failrp and intentional breaking rule since you are not allowed to purposely break out an scp as foundation since your role in the scp foundation is to contain and research scps not breaching them out. You may have seen other people do so does not mean they are not breaking server rules either. And to clarify yes we do look into your history to judge if the punishments is repeatedly happening hence why warns/bans don't leave your record after expiring.
