What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will have to dig deeper into the rules and familiarize myself with them to a further degree, as well as record my gameplay.
Why should you be unbanned: I was unfortunately baited into this action as I had witnessed an individual make a kiss noise at someone so I did it to them as a joke, they proceeded to call ISD & then kill me and I guess clipped the part of me doing it, then reported me. I was not recording so I can't even justify it, but more importantly I wasn't actually aware this was considered an ERP action.
I do not like ERP I think its weird personally so to me this was just a playful joke, but I can understand how it could be perceived that way and without knowing my real life character it could appear that I am attempting to initiate it, I assure you that I am not. I am military so to me this action had been considered harmless and I apologize if it offended anyone.
This is my first offense on the server and I do intend to follow the rules, I can admit ignorance on this got me where I am and do not fault the staff member for acting upon this and was actually very respectful even investigative when I explained the situation but without a recording his hands were tied so I'd like to appreciate him for that where I can.
I can promise you that this action will not be repeated, I am mature and understand when someone tells me no and this is that situation.
