What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (USA)

Your in-game name: bamz 'cheeseburger' [boratc-SPC]

Your SteamID: STERAM_0:0:439608697

Ban Reason: Inapp conduct/stacked ban

Date of ban: 4/6/2026

Who banned you: court Harley

Ban length: 1 day 11 hours 20 minutes

What will you do to stop this from happening again: not to do anything that that would cost it or help others not to do it when I was warned twice before but change my mistakes as I won't talk as much and everything

Why should you be unbanned: I got banned because I was showing a new agent on how DEA works and everything thing and we went to medbay for me to ask a medical personal for a small beaker and when the medical was in the same room as me my agent and a d class while the medical was doing a physical for the d class my agent went and stick his finger in him for a part of the physical that apetaly know since he was 13 when he got a physical but I was telling don't do it and to him to stop it but he did not listen to me much till I left the room as the name of the person that I said stop to was Isaac gv as I never been banned once on the sever so I don't know how or why I been or got stacked ban

Hi bamz, thank you for taking the time to submit a ban appeal.

Two points I would like to quickly go over:
  • After reviewing a video of the incident provided to me, I understand that you did not necessarily participate in the inappropriate behavior, however the issue is you described what the other agent was doing including highly inappropriate terms. This would be the primary reason you were issued the ban. I did not see any significant attempt on your end to stop the agent's behavior, either, however I won't be holding that against you as you're not directly responsible for their decisions.
  • Stacked bans was included in your ban because you were banned for similar violations twice within the past six months. Frankly, it seems only one of the two bans were considered in your stacked bans and you would have received a longer ban otherwise.
These being said, I'm not quite ready to give a verdict regarding your appeal. I would like for you to update your appeal to consider the two points before I make a decision.
