Ban Reason: Leaving to Avoid Roleplay (LTARP)

Date of ban: Tuesday, July 7th 2026 at 11:33 AM (Pacific Standard Time)

Who banned you: The Forgotten (Hanz)

Ban length: 24 Hours

What will you do to stop this from happening again: If I receive word that while my game was crashing, and/or frozen, I was kidnapped, I will do my best to make sure that I am refunded to the faction that had kidnapped me.

Why should you be unbanned: I am led to believe that I was banned for LTARP due to me being kidnapped at that time. However, before I was kidnapped, my game was frozen, eventually leading to a crash which was bad enough that I had to restart my PC. Further more, I was not informed on both Discord, or the Forums that I was banned in the first place till I tried rejoining the server a few hours later. I feel like it is unfair for me to be banned for LTARP, when I was unaware in the first place that I was kidnapped due to a crash.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Whilst the staff member had the correction action to issue you your punishment for LTARP, considering you did not re-connect after the 10 minute period, I am willing to afford you a little bit of leniency and unban you, considering that I do believe you're being truthful.

In the future, please inform any staff members in-game via Discord or a poke in Teamspeak that you crashed incase something could happen to you.

Your ban will be removed, however, it will stay on your record. You should be able to reconnect shortly.
