II will provide my perspective so that a senior administrator can see both sides and determine the outcome of your appeal.
First off, the reason for your ban is as follows: Toxicity | NITRP | LTAP | Harassment | Stacked Bans (side comment included).
I was called to the ISD in-character (RP) when you were cuffed by ISD. During the conversation, they reported that you called them derogatory names and used inappropriate terms. You mentioned that it was all out-of-character (OOC) and questioned why you were being arrested. I decided to treat the situation as toxicity.
I pulled you into a sit-down room where you attempted to explain yourself, but your stories were inconsistent, switching back and forth between claiming it was all in-character and then saying it was out-of-character.
You were job-banned from ISD, but then you switched to DEA and approached an ISD member to insult and harass them.
As a result, I issued a 3-week ban.
Five minutes after I issued the ban, a sit was opened regarding harassment. I took the sit and was shown evidence of you harassing and insulting ISD members through private messages, using inappropriate language and insults. This was ongoing for more then a week and you have been job banned multiple time by ISD and Dming the same person over and over.
Therefore, I extended your ban to 6 weeks, as you have shown no interest in role playing and have taken matters into your own hands Instead of accepting the outcome of your actions.
A complaint was also handled for the same thing regarding my judgement, which was denied.
A senior admin+ will give a verdict about your appeal.
