What will you do to stop this from happening again: I didn’t do anything wrong at all I was talking in OOC when two tanks came to the door and I quickly switched off 3rd person and faced the door.

Why should you be unbanned: Russ wanted to ban me that night I have a clip of him taking the sit. He accused me of rdm on two tanks I was camping armoury waiting for someone to come inside and I didn’t know two tanks was a dclass I told him many times. Russ then said of you were 3rd person peeking I told him I wasn’t I was talking in ooc. He then quickly changes oh yeah you /y that’s meta game to see who’s around. That’s when I realize he’s just trying to find a reason to ban me.

Why is the clip needed about the sit
I just think me showing my innocence is enough. The clip of the sit I will post in a staff complaint against Russ how unprofessional he conducted his sit. He was using my INNOCENT as a way to punish me .

The reasoning for the clip is so I can see how the sit was handled. also if possible if you can upload an unedited clip of your original video in the posting as it only shows me a very short video of what happened

The unedit is what happens afterwards I kill him and then the site adviser. I don't think it'll change much, the clip you're watching is literally the beginning of the video but you can see in chat I was writing in ooc.
I was about to write something else in ooc but then I heard the door open.

After reviewing the footage provide, I have concluded that I am unable to rule out that you have in fact not third person abused due to the shorten clip provided. I have also noticed that your ban length was incorrectly issued by the staff member.

Your ban has been adjusted to 14 days as the ban issued would have made this your 6th FailRP warning and due to the previous bans on your account Stacked Bans C has been applied due to this being your 4th Ban
