Why should you be unbanned: I was banned for LTAP when in reality my game crashed. In fact my game crashed multiple times during today/that day. And it unfortunately crashed again whilst dealing with this situation. I'm not sure what the initial sit was for, but the staff member granted me a chance to finish what I was doing before returning me for an official sit. They gave me per request a "2 minute" opportunity to finish what I was doing. I was warned that if I tried to disconnect I would instantly be banned for LTAP. And of course after about 30 seconds into being returned to finish my sampling, my game crashed, again. I then tried to rejoin only to find I was banned. I believe I should be unbanned for the sole fact I didn't intentionally commit LTAP, just a mere case of unlucky. I would love an opportunity to finish that sit if it came about, but I believe a 22 hour ban for an accident is quite harsh.

Hello Cheesus I gained a Clip of you stabbing someone until they were downed then the guard finished them off I then brought you. you said you were in RP i said you you leave you get banned. I then returned you until the rp was supposed to be done only to see you hang out in HCZ for a good 3 to 5 minutes and what looked like you leaving to avoid punishment, i then waited the 10 minutes i am supposed to until i am able to do the ban then banned you when it hit zero

Thanks for the reply Xavier, the clip in question has more context then what's been shown, however I did not get a chance to clip my end minutes prior to said clip. That being said, I don't think the ADRM piece of the ban would result in a 22 hour ban, it was surely more serious due to the "LTAP" claim. I again would like to state that I had crashed, the "hanging out in HCZ for a good 3 to 5 minutes" claim was likely a result of my account being frozen as I'm crashed.

I was enroute to 096 cell with a senior researcher, d-class, and a thaumalogist. I was then stopped at a checkpoint by high level MTF agents, when I was returning back to the elevator to go back towards d-block to grab more security, my game had crashed.

I would like to point out again that, you had agreed to let me return to rp for a few minutes, specifically two minutes, and in that course of time all said events^ had occur and I had crashed. I wasn't aware of the 10 minute wait but regardless I did not purposely leave to avoid punishment.

I continue to be told to just wait out the ban time, but this was never meant to be this serious. I'm not guilty on my end of LTAP but I can see on your end, without undeniable proof of crash aside from the crash logs I've shown that it's hard to prove that fact. I only hope you see that my level of consistency in the matter is proof enough that it was nothing more than a unlucky accident, and would appreciate a raise on the ban. It's been well over a couple hours for at least a minor ADRM kick/ban, and if you feel that's suffice, I'd appreciate a chance to get back in the game.

Sorry for the delayed response, however we do understand crashes happen and when said crashes happen please do your best to make your way back into the game as soon as possible (Within 10 min)
