Why should you be unbanned: because i play this sever almost everday i spents alot of money on this sever and i have a chem vault thing on wich will mkae my chems go away beacuse i cant use it idk its just unfair that i am getting banned for failrp when that is mionor gltiching

Hello, I am the admin who handled your sit - Thank you for your time to make a report.

FailRP - The reason is that you were hacking SCP-TB's containment box while inside of his chamber. The reason I ruled it as FailRP as that It isn't realistic for you to hack an SCP's containment box when you have no line of sight of the containment box & the connection lead that comes from the hacking tool to the box can't reach the containment box. The door was shut so it doesn't make sense in RP for the wire from the hacking tool to magically phase through the wall for you to hack it. Although I would say to a degree it is a bit of both: Minor Glitching, because it isn't supposed to happen and is abusing a bug, & finally FailRP due to this being unrealistic and not making sense in character.

Mixing - You are not permitted to speak out of character until an admin holds RP. You spoke about 'getting warned by an admin', saying 'I was on a deepcover', quoting rules in character like 'FailRP' to a random SCP-912 who you were sampling.

You didn't agree to my ruling and you asked for an escalation which is completely fine.
I bought my higherup, Arthur (a HMod) to the sit and explained the situation as seen in your clip, where my higherup came to the same conclusion as myself.

During the sit you were very agitated, you also shot me with a gun during the sit, yelling over both of the admins who were trying to come up with a result to the point I had to gag you (is seen in your clip), where you then complained in OOC about the sit.

in that clip that is not fail rp it was not something roplay related it was something glitched related a that is the games fault not the players there is know were that falls under fail rp and like i said to the other mod i want a apple not your reasoning after i gave proof of you denying it and i was mad because i spend money on this game i was copeing to a friend and you threatened to warn me with mixing too and why are watching me when somone has a sit

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing the evidence i have decided that the punishment does fit as you are not allowed to hack stuff when you are behind them. Your hacking line must be visible and cannot be clipping inside a wall. We updated our punishment guidelines so they now go back 3months for white punishments. I would also suggest to breath and accept your punishment with grace and deal with them here so that you may have look more professional in the future.

You may re-appeal in 1 week​
