What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will avoid using any language that could be considered offensive or against the server rules, regardless of context or whether it’s in private messages. I understand now that the rules apply everywhere on the server and that intent doesn’t change how certain words are treated.

Going forward, I’ll keep all communication respectful and within the guidelines to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Why should you be unbanned: I take responsibility for what I said and understand why it broke the rules. While I didn’t know at the time that private messages counted the same way, I understand now and will not repeat it.

I’m asking for another chance to show that I can follow the rules properly moving forward. I understand if the full ban is kept, but I would really appreciate any consideration for a reduction.
