Date of ban: 7/18/26

Who banned you: Sparkler Firebrand

Ban length: 4 Weeks

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will make sure to identify my targets before shooting even if they are downed and shooting with apistol well being next to CI

Why should you be unbanned: A civilian was shooting next to CI so i assumed they were CI I don't think i should be banned for 4 weeks for an honest mistake literally anyone who roams surface would make. The only difference is a got a civilian who wanted to report me. I would put in me for my appeal but like I don't think i did anything wrong or at least deserving of a 4-week ban? It just doesn't make sense to me. Like I get having stacked warn/bans, but it feels like none of those are going away i mean my last staff punishment was almost a month ago? But im still getting insta banned for even simple mistakes like i said anyone can make.

After watching both perspectives and speaking with the staff involved, we have decided to accept your appeal! We understand the situation you were in, the fact that the civilian had a gun and was shooting in a hostile environment would lead most to believe they are hostile as well.

Due to the above, your ban will be revoked/removed.
