Ban length: One (1) Week

What will you do to stop this from happening again: Not mic spam

Why should you be unbanned: I received an initial warn for mic spam in D-block. I accepted the warn and was returned to my original location. When asked by others why I was warned, I stated "The admin did not like The S*x Offender Shuffle (name of the song)". I was then immediately brought back into the sit and told "I warned you not to say anything, now I've got to ban you". I was also voice gagged and was unable to ask any questions or defend my statement before receiving the ban notice. While the subject matter may be inappropriate, I believe a full week ban is excessive. I accept and admit to breaking server rules, but was already warned about it on top of receiving the ban. The statement above was true and I do not feel it in itself is worthy of a week ban.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Mic spam is not commonly such an extensive ban, what led to the extensive ban was the content you was mic spamming which breaks several of our rules, this was also your second instance back to back with mic spam and was warned shortly before the ban. This type of behavior is unwelcomed at CN. I recommend you take the time to review our rules if you intend on sticking around.
