What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will be more mindful of the rules to the letter.
Why should you be unbanned: I told someone to quote "sucks my nuts." I was then dragged to a sit by someone entirely uninvolved, and was not reported by said person I told to do so. Immediately told that it was ERP and that I was being banned. I, absolutely dumbfounded, ask for a second opinion as I could not possibly believe telling someone to suck your nuts (in a clearly joking manner) could possibly be ERP. It was then chalked up to "Inappropriate Conduct" (hence the ? after) and LTAP. I got LTAP somehow because I didn't wait for the admin to officially type my ban out? I don't even understand how it could be LTAP as my steam ID was already taken, how am I meant to avoid said punishment? I am currently an active member of the community, I work long hours and hop on here to have fun. This is my first run in with staff on the server outside of being asked for my side in a situation I wasn't involved in. I just bought XK because I planned to play more often, and not more than an hour later I'm banned. I think this was blown entirely out of proportion. An 8 day ban seems extremely steep for a rule I was apparently not clear on. A jail of sorts or timeout seemed sufficient and I can understand that and move on, but a ban just seems like using a nuke to flip a car. I don't intend to upset anyone, but I hope whoever reads this can understand my frustration.
