After reviewing the clip of what happened

I'm denying this appeal, as you attempted to restrain the response unit with a medical tether and then bring him inside of D block. He was within his right to kill you, as that's kidnapping. Then you swapped to ISD and arrested him off of nothing (RDA), and you would have been warned for 4 rule breaks within 24 hours, which warrants a stacked warnings ban, and since you have a ban from earlier this month, stacked bans would also be on it.

Due to the above, Your ban has been increased to a week and the appropriate rule breaks are applied
