What will you do to stop this from happening again: Ban was bullshit mate.

Why should you be unbanned: I reported a guy for RDM after he shot me saying I broke FearRP when he didn't have his gun aimed on me in the heavy elevator, and he argued with the mods for a second opinion and he started getting more and more agressive and that's when I called him a asshole which I really think he is, he was cursing out staff and just verbally harassing all of us in general, I can provide clips of what he was saying in VC, I will take the ban I just think its a little bullshit I called out a guy for being a asshole.

I will explain my side and why I issued you a ban/timeout for 1 day.

Before we go to the moment I banned you let me talk about some situation earlier.

During 1 other sit I took from you. You were dancing in someone's face while we were being serious about your report after I dealt with I'm I told you that what you are doing is very unprofessional and that you are trying to get a reaction out of someone. So I told you to not do it again as It is toxic at the end of the day. ( you are dancing to annoy the other person)


Now the situation where I issued you a ban.


You called a sit for RDM with another Senior mod took and the other person asked for an escalation that I took.
While we were discussing the topic you were dancing in the other person's face while that person was showing signs of frustration because of you. You still decided to dance in front of him purposefully.

This was all before ^^ before your clips.

While I was making my verdict you kept dancing and I told you to stop it and you heard the frustration from the other E-11. But yet you still keep dancing and making unneeded comments so the senior mod muted you and took you aside, You came back and proceeded with this behaviour after being told off twice. ( 3 times if we included the situation before this one)

The other person received a ban. I took my time to tell you that you need to stop this behaviour and that it is toxic.

i stated that you were calling him an asshole But you are doing the same behaviour, during all this, you keep dancing in my face and I gave you the doubt But then you made a comment that just made it clear you did it to annoy the person.

"Calling this sit was so worth it "

After all of this, I decided to ban/ give you a timeout for the following reasons:

Hi, @WalterHartwellWhite

After reading Holland's response I have concluded that he has dont nothing wrong, he asked you multiple times to not goade players into reactions in a sit, to which you ignored. You then clearly was doing so due to the fact that you said "calling this was so worth it". To me that seems like you don't show any care as to why you were banned.

Adding onto this, the reason as to why your ban is now 16 weeks, is due to our systems detecting you were ban evading.

Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal.

You may appeal/reappeal the ban evading ban in a week. I expect you take this time to understand the original ban.
