Ban Reason: FailRP | Stacked Bans

Date of ban: Tue Aug 4 22:25:33 2026

Who banned you: Radon 'Duck' Jackson

Ban length: 6 Days (3 days 2 hours 35 minutes left)

What will you do to stop this from happening again: If someone is punching me twice and then running away (to inside 939 cc in this case) I wont pull out a gun and shoot the someone to death (I also got shot to death instantly after by the Redacted MTF)

Why should you be unbanned: Because 3 days is enough and I think 6 days is too much.
Also I only had 1 FailRP ban, Does he mean stacked warns?
I also have to give the DoR in the uk server some free guns.
 
also doesn't he needs to give me a RDM ban instead of a FailRP Ban?
because based on him that was an invalid RDM reason

The FailRP applies due to taking a combative action as a non-combative when other options were available. RDM wouldn't apply as a valid reason to want to kill him is there, this being they attacked you.

However they ran away and you chased after to shoot them, which is not permitted as Non-combative, as you could run away from the situation safely by that point.

I feel like we should be able to kill him, cus neither the MTF and the Officer did something after he run

Hi @ninioteam ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

The ban length falls perfectly within our guidelines, You have accured stacked bans due to having 2 (now 3) active bans within a 6 month period.

As a non combative, you may only exercise any form of combativeness is if you have no way to escape and death is likely inevitable either way.

You may not reappeal this ban.​
