Why should you be unbanned: This is my second ban appeal, I didn't put enough detail into my first one, and the response I got didn't make any sense.
"You were outgunned and you were trying to avoid being arrested so you started shooting."
This is the original response I got, there are a few things wrong with it. I know I wasn't being IA arrested because I just respawned and I would argue that it doesn't fall into fearRP, but even if it did, then why was I banned for Class X RDM, doesn't really make any sense.
Here is a diagram of the situation. The GENSEC had elastic restrains out and the whole time I was fearRPing him to stop thus I had him in a controlled RP situation, and the IA came at me in a staggered movement as it's hard to be side by side going through the airlock hallway, so it's not like I fought them at the same time, and on top of all this they didn't try to give a verbal command or aim their guns at the other gensec trying to cuff me.
