What will you do to stop this from happening again: I wont RDM when I get mad

Why should you be unbanned: I don't think I should be unbanned for RDM or stacked bans, but for some reason, harassment and NITRP/"Low-Quality Player," which aren't rules, are also included. These have nothing to do with the situation.

What had happened was I believed a GOC LT was lying to me about my test so I called a sit asking if they could pull him/ tell me my test scores, of course, they were in team speak together and the admin defended his friend and refuses so I call another sit where essentially he said I could contact a higher up (which is bullshit + I didn't care about the actual test at this point.) So I called another sit where the same thing happened again only this dude told me he looked at my test, and shared it with another person but could not tell me one specific question I got wrong, I was mad at this point because the dude was just being an asshole, so that's when I did the RDM and got banned. I don't see how any of this equates to harassment. The only other thing it might be is the last dude I talked to throughout a few sits because he kept sending me back. I'm not trying to claim that what I did was right in any way but I don't see how it equates to harassment or insulting me/putting random shit on my ban message.

Thank you for taking the time in making a ban appeal!

I want to point out that the sit was taken by me (Shine), and I hope that I can provide you with some insight on why you got all these charges.

During your first sit, you had made a complaint that the GOC LT was biased and lying about your test results. Instead of pulling him, ruining the RP scenario that he was in, I decided to speak with him via TeamSpeak. After I moved him and myself to a private channel, he then told me the reasonings that you failed the test, which I relayed the information to you exactly as I was told. On Civil Networks, I don't know any Faction/MTF that allows you to know the questions you got incorrect, along with the answers to all. I myself am not even able to view the test responses, which is why I denied the request to see what you got wrong. I told you that if you felt as if it was biased, you are more than welcome to contact GOC Regcom. I am unsure what had happened when you were talking directly to Grizzly, however it is my understanding that he implied the same information, and said that he couldn't give out test answers.

Regarding the situation of the situation that had unfolded after, a clip was shown where you were now Flagged on as CI, bringing the situation that happened with GOC into your new life on CI. You were being extremely toxic, to the point where an argument of harassment could've been made, and promptly RDM'd someone. After I pulled you to the sit, I requested Grizzly to come for a second opinion, escalation, and to be present since the ban time was out of my hands. After Grizzly arrived, you promptly RDMd them in the sit room. In addition, the entire time during the sit, your behavior was completely unacceptable and toxic, which then proved the toxicity/harassment even further.

That's fine but, when I originally asked him he said I got one thing wrong, then changed his answer and said I got another thing wrong and you told me I got some completely different thing wrong. Also, the admin I spoke to after you said he could tell me but didn't want to. ( I think it was grizzly)

Harassment is targeted towards one person (apparently only based on a "protected characteristic") I just said the server sucks and the reason I was talking about it was because somebody had asked me. Also, I got a NITRP on my ban message which isn't a rule apparently and though I thought tryouts were out of character I was told 2 different things by different admins. Also, toxicity isn't a rule either. But you people just make bullshit up as you go.


It's funny that you all banned me for 4 weeks for causing essentially no damage but solely because I denied you of your ego trip and at the same time you let whole groups infiltrate your server but as long as they can give you your little power trip for the day they can stay. I guarantee because of this last section you are going to argue some bullshit about how I'm not sorry or whatever like you think everybody else isn't just lying to you, honestly I would feel more disrespected if people purposely lied to me and sucked up to me just to get something. Everything I said is what most people are thinking but, like I said you prefer somebody who can suck up to you over somebody whos going to be honest and help you out.
