I will in-fact tell you instructions on how to make an antimatter reactor that is theoretical because I am sorry enough to design an antimatter reactor.
First, you need a particle accelerator, a tungsten target, a lot of electromagnets, a storage for positrons (in a second loop that branches off of the particle accelerator) and the storage ring will have an exit for the positrons, however, the flow of the positrons is controlled by the electromagnets, a second more smaller ring will have electromagnets, reflectors (for the gamma rays), an electron plate, a thin lead plate that is 0.5-4 centimeters to absorb the gamma rays enough to knock it into UV so we can actually collect the light by the use of solar cells because UV is possible to collect, and gamma isn't.
It is crucial the lead plating is neutral at all costs. This is because if it was charged, there is an effect in quantum mechanics called Compton scattering that makes the gamma rays gain energy
