What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will absolutely check my language over comms. I realize that it was highly inappropriate of me to say that, and for that I'm sorry. I will focus MUCH more on playing my role In character than poking fun with people over comms, especially in an inappropriate manner.

Why should you be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned - or at least given a reduced sentence because of the changes I am trying to make in my role. I realize that I have many warns, and I may not appear to be the most serious RP'er, but I am working to fix that. After getting in trouble and being warned I decided that I could have a lot more fun on this server playing it the way it was meant to be. And while im aware that my actions might not reflect that, I know that it is how I feel. At heart I am a pretty carefree and joking person, especially with my friends whom share my sense of humor, so I like to crack up every once in a while. While I want to be a serious Roleplayer, I still like to crack jokes to those I know, and in this case, those I dont. I understand this was ill-timed, Inappropriate, Distasteful and Rude, and I can assure you that nothing of the sort will happen again should I be given another chance. I have recently taken an extremely active role in the research department, attempting to make Class-X, and it has been a long grind, so I want to stay well-behaved and keep at it, even though I messed up, I still think I can have a positive influence on this server. It has been 4-5 months since my last stack ban which is what caused the length of this one, and It is somewhat apparent that I have been working on bettering my attitude towards RP, as well as my actions. I would be extremely grateful if you would give me this opportunity, although it may be undeserved. I have begun to really enjoy my time on this server and in this community and I am very dissapointed in myself for getting in this position. I am at your discretion, and I ask that you please understand where I am coming from, as I dont think my Jokes define me, as it is who I am out of character, Not In server. I will behave myself from here on. Thank you.

After reviewing your appeal, and looking into your history on the server, it is apparent you have a history of punishments, and rule violations. While I do notice and appreciate the upward trend in your warnings within the last 6 months, that does not dismiss the past you have associated with you. You should be well acquainted with our rules by now, and should be aware of what types of things may push the boundaries of our rules. We have these rules in place to make players feel safe and welcomed on our server, so violating these rules, even in a joking manner can still cause players to feel uncomfortable. I understand that you have been making an effort to improve, but I feel it is best to learn from these actions and improve by serving this ban. I believe this ban will give you ample time to consider how you can approach the server in a way that does not push the boundaries of our rules.

For these reasons, this appeal will be [Denied].

I will allow you to submit another appeal in 2 weeks, which is half the duration of this ban. This will allow for some more time to think, and for you to serve a portion of the ban in the event a future appeal is accepted.
