Date of ban: Jan 13th 2026
Who banned you: Kennedy Wilson
Ban length: 2 weeks
What will you do to stop this from happening again: In this case of the ban being false, there is not really anything that “I will do to stop it from happening again.” I should not have been banned in the first place, and I was banned from a rule that didn’t exist.
Why should you be unbanned: The reason I was banned was split into two separate offenses. Number one, mass RDM. This was because I killed more than three people. The second was fail role-play because I utilized AA against humans. I will first address the mass RDM. I would like to point out that I was simply defending myself against the hostile Alpha One, as well as I was told by the Ethics Committee that the O5 Council and Alpha One were hostile and impeding the containment and recapturing of the site. Upon hearing this, I was standing with multiple Omega One operatives. That is when the hostile Alpha One came into view and gunfire was exchanged. I was holding a nerve gas in my hand, so I threw it at the hostiles. Now, I’d like to pause for a moment and acknowledge that under normal circumstances AA cannot be used against humans. However, ERT members are an exception to this rule, and I would also like to point out that I was on the ERT role at the time, using my nerve gas to fight back against the hostiles. I killed them.
Now, to address the second offence, which was fail role-play. Wilson claims that because I used nerve gas, it was against the rules because AA cannot be used on humans. I explained this to her, and she said that “argue with me on the forms.” It has been confirmed by multiple different staff members that I was, in fact, allowed to use nerve gas against hostiles because I was on the ERT job and spawned with it in my inventory. (Rule 1.12) Overall, this ban was false and should not have happened, and I’m hoping for swift and decisive action to be taken by the super administration team.
Thank you for viewing my appeal
