What will you do to stop this from happening again: Following more strict server rules to create a more cohesive roleplay experience for everyone involved. I did not think my actions had an impact where I was breaking the rules directly. I thought I was doing it within the limitations of MCnD. I will review the server rules and not do it again.

Why should you be unbanned: Actually knowing that I was wrong. I did not know what I was doing was wrong because CI and an Assistant on the Ethics Committee was actively helping the situation. I believed it was in RP. With my fullest heart I did not know I was breaking the server rules in this instance. I tried speaking with the staff but I was not explained anything. Everything just happened and I later opened a ticket to ask about what I did wrong. Then I was promptly banned afterwards. I thought I had received a warning. What I don't like about this whole process is that all the information was not kept clear and it was just happening to me. The MTF requirements was not something I had been directly understanding because I thought it was limited to CI. The CI teamed up with me willingly and then left the area. I have never broken the server rules before and don't intend to. i spend a good amount of time on the server and I think I have a positive impact. This taught me that using MCnD is apparently way more restricted than I initially was told it was by other MCnD.

After reviewing the evidence and considering your appeal, I have decided to deny it as you clearly breached 008 intentionally in low pop with less than 12 MTF. It specifically states in the rules that there needs to be 12 MTF online at any time to breach 008 as I have referenced below. Whilst I understand that you may have thought it was okay to breach it due to CI also assisting, it is up to you at the end of the day to not break the rules and especially for something which may be as obvious as this for being against the rules.

• To breach SCP-008, there must be at least 12 MTF units active
• Picking up a syringe, holding a syringe, and injecting someone with a syringe all count as breaching SCP-008
• Other SCPs and MC&D may not breach SCP-008
• D-Class may not directly remove a syringe from SCP-008's containment chamber with the intention of breaching it.
• Other SCPs may not break the furthest airlock door within SCP-008 containment unless they are chasing someone who enters it.

Additionally, your ban has been extended to one week as intended by the original moderator who banned you due to them not being able to issue the full punishment time.

Due to the length of this ban, you may not re-appeal it.
