What will you do to stop this from happening again: The ban was for a really stupid reason, and this will not happen again as it should not have in the first place.
Why should you be unbanned: This is somewhat of a dispute and somewhat asking a favor from the community. I was unbanned some time ago from a permanent ban. When I started playing again, I read over the rules and was careful to not break any. I wasn't warned for quite a while after this, but after a while I somehow upset a 12 year old who was on the server. I think I commented something about Gmod being 13+ when he was being toxic to the Dclass and just behaving as you would expect a kid to who knows he won't face any physical repercussions. This kid then made it his mission to get me banned, I can't remember exactly, but he reported me some 13 or so times within 4 hours of gameplay. I asked the staff member that was on (there was like 2 or 3 but only 1 actively taking sits) to deal with the harassment since this shit was just not ok in any manner. The guy said that he can't do anything since they are reports with iffy reasons and asked him to just avoid me in RP (to no avail) whilst I attempted to do so. Eventually 4 of the warnings stuck, all for incredibly stupid reasons, but if you report someone enough times for stupid shit eventually it'll land I guess. I got banned for what should have been a day from getting 4 warnings in 24 hours, but it was instead a permanent ban because of the status of my appeal two or so weeks prior. I don't remember the details exactly, but I pleaded with the staff member that the entire situation was stupid, but he said that he couldn't really do much else rather than ban me. For context I think 3 of the four warnings were for mixing, and was for fail RP or something to those lines, and none of the situations involved the kid that was reporting me. Each of the mixing incidents was someone asking me an out of game question, and me giving and out of game response in voice chat. One, the last warning that got me banned, was for a very short sentence that I cannot recall, but I was not said towards or directed towards the person who reported me. He was just fallowing me recording with metal hoping to find a reason to get me warned. I didn't appeal it at the time because I figured after my circumstances of my last appeal, the light of my circumstances wouldn't matter, and quit playing gmod because this is one of the few servers I enjoyed playing at the time.
I understand that I still broke the rules (so incredibly scarcely) and I honestly was attempting to fallow them, but if your every action is recorded and nitpicked, eventually you'll forget to cross a t or dot an i. I am both apologizing to the community here, and asking for another opportunity to play a server that I really enjoy. I honestly was fallowing the rules nearly to the letter at the time, and if I am unbanned will continue to do so. Thank you for reading, and I hope you will consider my appeal.
