Why should you be unbanned: I was taken into an admin sit, and the admin told me I said the N Word. I never said the N Word. He said he had evidence and banned me. I would like to be unbanned, as I was clearly framed by a player that didn't like me. I would also like this taken off my record as I'm a firm anti-racist and support people of all cultures and ethnic backgrounds. I live in a multicultural community positively support many people within it.

I appreciate the time you made to make the Ban Appeal in question, I'm free to respond to any question you may have through this Ban Appeal.


As for the Ban, I will not be referencing who made the sit in order to protect their privacy- But, I was responding to an @ detailing '999 just said the N word to me'- I obviously responded how anyone would and took the sit, reviewed the clip in the Discord's channel with medium and increased volume just to make sure I was right into making the decision, this clip had you playing as 999 in D-block with the name 'Nails' where you were talking to D-class (Which is FailRP) and saying the N-Word in which caused the Severe Toxicity Ban.
Obviously following this, I brought you into a sit- Told you what you did, said for you to come to the Forums if you feel like it was biased or motivated in any other way and then banned you for a week.

The plaintiff in question is clearly an op. I have no recollection of these events and I suspect he is using edited footage to frame me as a racist.

The act of recording someone against their will is an infringement on their privacy rights. Ops can use this footage against you using sound clips to make it appear something is said in game when it's not.

We take "Severe Toxicity" fairly serious here, it does seem that there was evidence against you. In the future I recommend choosing your words carefully, and when making an appeal being 100% honest.​
