What will you do to stop this from happening again: I understand that my comment disrupted the roleplay and impacted others’ experience. Going forward, I will make sure to keep all reactions in-character or in private, ensuring that my energy and chaotic contributions enhance the server rather than interrupt it.

Why should you be unbanned: So I'm a very active participant in your SCP RP server. I've been a member for well over a year. It's one of the only reasons I play GMod.

I want to make it clear that I don't want to be unbanned. What I did WAS wrong, and I accept that I rightfully was punished.

However, admin Kaiser Walker specifically told me over voice chat that he would be banning me for 8 days, with FULL knowledge of my stacked bans and previous offenses. I knowingly accepted that, logged off, and came back today to see if I was banned....

To my surprise, it says 17 weeks, not 8 days. That's a 1388% increase from what I was originally told my punishment would be — over a third of a year. I don’t know what I did to provoke this change. I understand mods have authority over punishments, but I feel this is extremely severe, especially since almost all of my previous bans and offenses are old and not recent.

I would greatly appreciate it if my sentence could be reduced to something more reasonable. Thank you.

Looking into your history.

Can you explain why you tried to ban evade 40 minutes ago and then made an appeal claiming the ban was issued incorrectly?

It was extended as we detected a ban evasion attempt.

Yeah, you can check my steam profile to see I have 1 game VAC ban on record that happened 3 years ago. Whenever I play CSGO I have to switch to my other account or I can't play it.


After previously playing CSGO, it seems I was still logged into the alt when I loaded the gmod server. I guess that triggered a ban evasion or whatever and that's how the extension happened, and not manually through the moderator like I thought.

Can it be lowered back to the original ban length?

After checking your story, I believe you weren't honest towards us regarding your ban and attempt to evade.

When you joined on your alt account it should say banned by kadmin and you appealed after not including this information and claiming it was a mistake by the moderator.

Your warn and ban history is also excessive and shows you are not willing to change or make yourself aware of our rules. You break a rule, get banned for x weeks, rejoin and repeat for over 2 years now.

I dont see a reason to accept the appeal nor to lower it to the previous length.
