What will you do to stop this from happening again: Well first of all, the main issue here is that i was playing gmod rp at 4 am and i was severely sleep deprived. My plan to stop this is to first of all, apologize to the people affected of what i've done, and have a proper chat. I understand that what i did was wrong, and i wont let it happen again.

I have no intention of breaking these rules ever again, seeing as i would like to be able to continue doing RP with all of these folks, they're all lovely chaps and i will make sure to never ruin it for them again.

Why should you be unbanned: To be completely honest, what i did was wrong and really weird. I dont have any excuses, however i have an explanation. I was hanging around a group of people, who will not be named seeing as i dont want to get them in trouble. However they had a bit of influence on me, and it led to me doing what i did. I was severely sleep deprived seeing as it as 4 am and that is also why i got angry at the sergeant and shot them. Seeing as i was tired and angry, i decided after i died, i was just going to go to bed. I had completely forgotten about the LTAP rule, and that is once again completely on me.

I've done alot of thinking over this, and i hope you would grant me a second chance, seeing as this is also my first ban, however that is not my decision to make.

Im really sorry for what i did, and if possible id like to apologize to all parties affected. I understand that me being sleep deprived and still playing is my own mistake, and i promise you, this will never happen again. I make sure i dont get banned ever again. This is completely my own mistake, and i ask for your forgiveness.

I am truly sorry, for what i've done.

Firstly, Thank you for taking the time to submit a ban appeal. I have spoken to the staff member in question who issued the ban and have reviewed the clips that had been provided to me that led to your ban being issued.

I have made the decision to partially accept your ban appeal, While I do not condone your actions in the slightest given the situation as laid out in your appeal I can understand your point of view from the incident, it is not an excuse to violate the rules. I am going to be reducing your ban from 3 weeks to 1.5 weeks ( 10 days) this means you can rejoin the server on the 25th.

In the future we will not receive any leniency regarding future bans so take this as your one and only opportunity and also while I understand you enjoy playing the server 4am, lack of sleep leads to these moments in which stupid decisions are made so I hope to learn from this going forward.
