What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will follow the rules more strictly since there were moments where I though since everyone was doing it, I was allowed to

Why should you be unbanned: I am not asking for a full Unban, I just think 7 weeks is a bit much. I have 20 warnings over the span of a year and a half and Im just asking for 3 weeks off since this is like one of 3 main servers I even play gmod for.

Pheonix here. To document this, I threw a slam at a captain and exploded him, that's what constituted the RDM ban. if anything, a removal of field agent whitelist would be a good idea in my personal opinion since I had it for about a week now. I would love to stay in DEA, just without the field agent thing since It does grant access to the surface armory and that could get hectic. Again, I'm asking for an shortened ban, not a full unban. Oh and Biz,sorry for trying to scare yoiu with a gnome IC.

With the extensive list of warnings and bans you have received in the past, the ban will stick; however, I will be shortening the ban length to 4 weeks instead of 7 weeks due to previous punishments being old and your positive attitude during the staff process. If you come back to the server and continue breaking more rules after the 4 weeks, the next appeal won't be easily accepted.

Due to the above, your ban will be shortened.
