What will you do to stop this from happening again: Not mention the existence of homosexuals

Why should you be unbanned: Because i think mentioning that there is a lot of homo's on isnt toxic at all, I never said it in a negative tone or anything, this new moderator just needs a little retraining on the rules, there was no other admins on at the time that was going to take my ticket, I was banned by a new admin and thats all that need to be said there. It isnt toxic to mention that there is homo's on the server, as i said in the ooc "Theres a lotta homos on today"

He's new, I dont want him punished, I just want to be free'd from my false ban

the tmod only banned me because he saw my long list of false warns that I didnt bother appealing (like this false warn/ban) they were all from newer admins like this one that didn't know the rules completely when issuing. Like I said i dont want him punished I just want him to not make the same mistake again, I was in the middle of my breach when he false banned me
