What will you do to stop this from happening again: Try to pay more attention to the rule "Fear RP"

Why should you be unbanned: I was walking around as a Para watch and a cadet saw me, and I shot him but apparently, he had his gun out, but he never aimed it, so it was "Fear RP". When he put me in a staff room, I told him it was not Fail RP because in my character it said in the text that I can Defend myself and he did not care and still wrote Fail RP and Fear Rp when he said it was just a warning.

I had encountered you as a Parawatch within PW loop, and had held you under gunpoint of which time I told you to keep your hands up and face the wall. You then proceeded to pull a Deagle out and two tap me.

In accordance with the punishment guidelines with multiple FailRP and Ban infractions; your FailRP warning became a ban. Stacked with your prior infractions

What was "Fail RP" because the only thing that was against the rules was Fear RP not Fail RP

Going off of what was written, here's what I took away:
The reason this violates both FailRP and FearRP is because you were not in imminent danger; you had a way out of the scenario without violence which was to surrender to the guard. Instead, as a non-combative, you broke FearRP and turned around and shot him which is not allowed.

Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal.
