I saw a assistant getting dragged out from CI base and I had a reason to fire at them it was a rp scenario so I infact did have a reason to shoot them. When they was exiting base it was not base camping because they had a hostage being dragged out of CI base and you can infact ignore the base camping rule
1.17(b) Base Camping - You can not kill someone directly outside their base or within their compounds unless they interact with you within combat, RP, or unless you are raiding.
1.1 Don’t RDM - You need a valid RP reason to kill someone. Reasons for shooting/attacking someone are:
You or someone else is in a life-threatening situation, e.g. you are shot at or held at gunpoint and threatened.
I would also like to add that SL member "boris" said that I had to wait the "10 second mark" when like I said I had a valid reason to shoot them near the base
