What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (USA)
Your in-game name: Romeo Vanilla
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:118655967
Ban Reason: Inapp conduct
Date of ban: 7/7/2026
Who banned you: Kaiser Franken
Ban length: None
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not engage in ERP with my friends on the server or anything close to it. I realize that I was acting immaturely and I will not repeat my errors again.
Why should you be unbanned: I am submitting this appeal because I would like to request the reconsideration of my previous ERP ban and, if possible, have its impact on my record reconsidered.
I understand that ERP is taken seriously by CivilNetworks (CN) staff, and I think it should be. Looking back at the incident, I recognize that what I did was inappropriate for the server environment and that I should have known better, especially considering that I had already received a previous warning for similar behavior.
The incident happened while I was in D-Block playing as GSD/CM with friends. We had been discussing ERP, and I made the joke "/me kisses Wolfgang Schultz.” At the time, I intended it as a harmless joke between friends and did not intend to initiate or participate in actual ERP. However, I understand that the intent behind the action does not change the fact that it violated the rules.
Ever since receiving the ban, I have taken the rules more seriously (Not that I didn't before, just that I would not try to push the boundaries even for sake of a joke or fun). I understand that being in a position where I am expected to uphold a leadership role in the MD means that I need to demonstrate better judgment and set an example for other members of the department. I do not want to repeat the behavior that resulted in my warning and eventually my ban.
I am not asking for the incident to simply be erased from my record or for the staff decision to be just ignored . I am asking whether there is any possibility of reducing the severity of the punishment on my record, such as having the ban downgraded to a warning, or allowing me to demonstrate that the incident should no longer prevent me from progressing and achieving my goal towards Medical Consultant.
I have invested a significant amount of time and a small amount of money into CivilNetworks and especially into the Medical Department. I have worked toward improving the quality and realism of medical roleplay and have tried to contribute positively to the department.
I understand that staff have to maintain consistent standards, and I respect whatever decision is ultimately made. I simply ask that my current conduct, the circumstances surrounding the incident, and the time that has passed since the ban be taken into consideration when determining whether this should continue to prevent me from reaching Consultant. I do not want this immature behavior to define my character on the server.
Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal.
Sincerely, Romeo Vanilla
