What will you do to stop this from happening again: Stop putting on a british accent if I had to guess and only play when staff is online so I can actually say my side of the story before being banned.

Why should you be unbanned: Please let people actually explain THEIR side of the story before banning them on a testimony I haven't even heard, according to Maygar's admin sit before he banned me, I said the word "cunt" 4 times directly to one person while putting on a british accent.

Yes, I have said that word but claiming I've said it 4 times to a single person is straight up false, I know when to stop and not to go overboard and again, I never even heard the person who seemingly reported me say his side of the story. I've had countless of people laugh along with that including head, senior and regular moderators because it was never targetted to someone specifically, some of those staff which were ON-DUTY, if that had been a real issue, they should have taken action instead of laughing along.

If we were to follow this moderator's logic, then Jack Allaz, Matthew Voss, John Batman Weaver, Bob Cena, Gordon West and even Damned should also be banned for severe toxicity as they have also said the word "cunt", including the countless class-Ds who called me a "retard" or who said "you're so shit at the game" to me.

Despite the fact that the ban (in my opinion) makes no sense and is completely ridiculous, im forced to do a ban appeal as I didn't even have the time to explain my side of the story before being banned. Regardless, I'll do my best to be more friendly with the entire community and to lower my amount of profanity if really necessary as I wanna give this server a chance, although my first impressions of this community are so far not good.

Hey i was the moderator who banned you.
I banned you beacuse you continuously insulted an individual with the c word multiple times and in the us server it has a much more severe meaning than in Australia. You seriously offended an individual who made a sit even if you were only joking. Therefore i issued a severe toxicity ban rather than toxicity. If you think i or someone else said the c word then i recommend making a staff complaint or a player complaint against me or the other individuals mentioned.

After looking into you, please refrain from using that word as it used in a bad way towards women. I understand that cunt is used differently in different parts of the world but in the us its as that. You are new to our serve and only a few warnings on record. The ban will be removed and replaced with a toxicity warn. If other members are saying things similar they should of been dealt with as we not pick who can say what as we have a standard to uphold.​
