What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (USA)

Your in-game name: Sal Travers

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:63732979

Ban Reason: ERP toxicity

Date of ban: 8/13/2024

Who banned you: arthur'observer'morgan

Ban length: 24 hours

What will you do to stop this from happening again: i won't argue with staff so long as they're willing to have a dialogue.

Why should you be unbanned: all i did was jokingly mention a medical condition i've recently had surgery to correct and nearly lost a nut over. (testicular torsion) staff member obtusely asserted it was ERP and refused discussion or explanation. i fail to see how a medical condition could be considered erotic or how an out of character chat can be considered roleplay. as far as toxicity, i'll readily admit guilt but that was only in response to how obtuse the staff member was acting in refusing any explanation or dialogue to back up his position on the matter, added with the stress of the recent surgery. i can't do much moving around over the next few weeks and this server has been one of my only outlets since the issue arose. truth be told i'm not really concerned with the ban being lifted due to it's rather short length but more so with it's appearance on my record.

Hi @CalKestus

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Erotic Roleplay is a broad net, we don't want you discussing genitals in RP or out of RP. You shouldn't be mentioning anything inappropriate in this manner in or out of character. This includes but isn't limited to body parts, actions of erotic display, slangs relating to something erotic. In the future, do not bring this type of behavior/language into Civil Networks. I will give you another chance as far the punishment goes. I will remove your warn and ban for ERP but the toxicity will stay. In the future this will not be the case going forward.
