What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will avoid shooting at the CI base's front gate.
Why should you be unbanned: When I killed someone at CI base (the other SOPs and I were fighting against CI, and in the heat of the moment, I forgot about the rule against killing CI coming out of their base), I remembered that it was against the rules, and so I told everyone in OOC that I forgot about the rule against spawn-camping and asked for forgiveness. Ever since I got kicked off of the US E-11 team and the UK CI team, I have been trying to improve my behavior, and I deeply regret forgetting about the rule against CI who come out of their base. I am also working on reaching out and apologizing to the person who I wronged.
