What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (USA)

Your in-game name: Sebastian Stain

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:201362191

Ban Reason: Inappropriate Conduct, I said "baby girl" to a CI deep cover.

Date of ban: 20250511

Who banned you: MCMuffin

Ban length: 3 Days

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I understand now that calling someone “baby girl” was wrong and unprofessional, and I regret saying it. I realize how that kind of language can damage trust, especially with someone working in a high-risk role like deep cover. From now on, I’ll make a conscious effort to speak with respect and keep all communication appropriate and professional. I’m taking steps to review our conduct policies and will seek out training to make sure I fully understand the standards expected of me. This has been a wake-up call, and I’m committed to doing better moving forward.

Why should you be unbanned: I know I messed up, and I take full responsibility for what I said. I’ve had time to think about it, and I realize how my words could come off as disrespectful or unprofessional, especially in a serious situation like that. I’m not making excuses, I’ve learned from this, and I’m making changes to how I communicate with others. I truly care about doing the right thing and want the chance to show that I can handle things better moving forward. I’m asking for the opportunity to make things right and prove that I’ve grown from this. Talking to my higher-ups and hearing their views helped me understand how my words could be seen differently depending on the situation and the person involved. From their viewpoint, even something said casually can carry weight and affect trust, professionalism, and overall experience within the server. It made me realize that intention isn’t enough; perception matters just as much. I now see the importance of maintaining strict professionalism in all settings, especially when I work with them or not, in any scenario.
