Ban Reason: I was given no explanation as to why, MRDM in my bunks 1v1 with my friends.

Who banned you: Artemis

Ban length: 4 weeks

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I stand behind my statement in which I did nothing wrong. I had just come back from an 8 week ban.

Why should you be unbanned: Artemis pulled me into a room, told me he was spectating me specifically, and proceeded to !xban me with no explanation.

Was I ruining other peoples roleplay? No
Was the activity of 1v1 in my bunks done with all parties consent? Yes
Is Artemis's actions a reflection of how things should be done by staff members? No
Has Artemis unfairly treated others in a similar fashion purely based on his personal bias against them? Yes

I've got nothing to hide. People know me, and what I've done for the server over the past year. I won't stand being wronged by a person just because they are immune to consequences.

Artemis, you aren't untouchable, you cannot just do what you please because you don't like someone. Grow up. Your JOB is to foster a fun and welcoming space for everyone, and what I was doing was not in violation of that. In any case, 1v1 in bunks, while technically against the rules of the server, is not something you should immediately resort to banning someone for. Practice lenience, instead of being the fun police.

Hello this is Leper here. I asked Slipstream after a huge code black, to come to bunks for some 1v1s Slipstream of course accepted this and came to Bunks. After a couple kills and deaths we got pulled by Artemis and Slipstream got banned for 4 weeks and I got warned for RDM (Note: I almost too got banned for MRDM and was only a couple kills away). This is completely outrageous because I have seen regiment like O1 do 1v1s in bunks all the time

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

You state that what you did was nothing wrong, but then admit that it was "technically agaisn't the rules"... And why should Staff be linient with you when you just came from 8 week ban and managed to already get in trouble again? Just because two people are "ok" with being RDM'ed, does not mean it's suddenly not agaisn't the rules. This can also be considered XP farming.

And be more respectful towards Staff next time on your appeal, I was very tempted to extend your ban to a permanent one.
