What will you do to stop this from happening again:
I will present evidence and do my best to help the staff handling my case understand my point of view on the matter. In the Google Drive Link below there are multiple videos presented including two videos listed as ‘Evidence Support’ are meant to serve as evidence supporting my claims and to show the flicking issue that I have mentioned before in my other ban appeals. The five other videos are the videos that have been provided to me by staff members that have been used against me and are listed as ‘Clip # X’.

Why should you be unbanned:
Firstly, I have never used any form of hacking or scripts, but I understand that the staff team seek to keep their community clean and that they use their best judgement in every single time they’re needed. I don't condone any form of cheating and never have before. As said previously, I understand that the primary goal of the staff team is to maintain a healthy community, but I feel my verdict had already been decided before I had a chance to defend myself. I had offered on multiple occasions for the staff team to check my PC for any form of scripts and provided detailed refutes on every piece of evidence I had been given, but I was still given little to no warning and was banned. I was also told by one of the staff members looking into me that my recoil looked fine and I would probably not be banned. I understand that mistakes can happen, and believe that if I were unbanned and was ever accused of cheating again I would provide all of my time and resources to the staff team to ensure that I am not using external applications to enhance my gameplay.
The videos I have attached to this appeal show that in the event where I move my mouse it freezes my screen due to a frame drop. I provided two clips showing my hand, my mouse and my screen and me moving my hand side to side. As you see, when I move my mouse, my screen freezes and doesn’t follow through. Evidently, this shows that those clips are misinterpreted and it may look like some sort of cheat but this issue was the result of my computer being old (specifically my NVida drivers) and not meant to be fluently running in a server with 100+ players. I can replicate this issue on other servers and have videos of it. However, I have not attached them as they are irrelevant solely due to the reason that they are not recorded on any Civil Networks servers during the time I was playing. If any staff member wants to see these videos, I am willing to send them via Discord DMs.
