What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not Ban Evade, not break the rules and not cause any sort of major roleplay disruption or general minge behavior within the server. I will improve my behavior within the server and improve my reputation within the community.

Why should you be unbanned: I would like to start by first apologizing for my behavior in the past, as ban evasion and MRDM is a serious offence. I've been banned for awhile and have had awhile to think about my actions and I'm completely committed to not breaking anymore server rules, I will no longer put myself in situations where I can be warned for breaking the rules. I would like a second chance to re-enter the community.

Hi @Tigole,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I have reviewed your history and found that you have multiple bans on record prior to the active MRDM ban (4 bans within a 6 month period; two of them being Mass RDM) which shows gross negligence for the server rules. I also found that you not only have ban evaded once but twice, resulting in your ban being extended until July 3rd, 2025 (37 weeks, 4 days).

However, seeing as Class B ban evasion is 26 weeks, I will be modifying your ban from the 37 weeks 4 days to 26 weeks. This will make you unbanned on April 12th, 2025 - 3 months earlier. Please make sure that when you are unbanned, you are abiding by the server rules otherwise the discipline may be more severe.
