What will you do to stop this from happening again: Keep curse words to a minimum as there is no need to say them in large quantities.
Why should you be unbanned: I was banned on the case of excessive use of curse words such as shit, fuck, and bitch. I understand that there is a limit to usage of those words and have also look back at these rules regarding it and understand these shouldn't be used in a joke fashion. However, when this happened, I was playing D-class which I have been told many times was able to use curse words excluding use of seriously offensive such as remarks to one's race, sexuality, religion, and nationality. I know this rule and do my best to abide by and not try to offend or hurt anyone deeply. However, the usage of basic curse words even if in large quantities has never been a problem until now. Yes, I have said inexcusable things in the past most of which was truly unintentional or simply just the failures of the Gmod voice chat system. I know how I shouldn't use any of these words or anything similar to that language but the usage of basic curse words that don't inherently mean to severely harm anyone on the server has always been a different kind of type of animal and issue to me at least.
I will now explain my side of the story
I was just playing D-class collecting scrap when another D-class was saying cursing at some other d-class in the testing line. I found it funny, so I joined in to tell him to shut the fock up, which I said as a joke. This led to a (At least in my opinion a joke argument) This "argument" was just both of us using curse words where I said the same curse words as shown at the beginning of this ban appeal. However, this led to that individual and his friend saying either the N-word or suck me off which quickly ended the fight even though we bantered a bit after. I know they would've been pulled to a sit for what they had said before and that's what I thought was the end of that. I even joked with a friend about the interaction. That was until I was dragged to a sit and told I would be warned and in turn banned for using an excessive amount of curse words. I was unimaginably surprised about that as I said elementary curses like that forever. I do agree I might've gone too far but that was because that the individual from before started it and I saw it as a joke that meant no harm to anyone even though it did escalate.
I hope you can forgive me and reconsider my unban as I have looked over the rules before the end of my previous ban and know what I can and can't do. I thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope I will be unbanned, please and thank you.
