Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After speaking with the Staff Member who issued you your punishment and reviewing the clip provided to him, I believe your punishment was issued correctly.
The clip provided to me shows you utilizing a matador against the MTF Nu-7 Juggernaut that was going up the hill, with no presence of any LAV nearby, hence the punishment issued you of FailRP.

Due to the short length of this ban, you may not re-appeal this.
