What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will remember that any and ALL AA is unable to be used against any form of person even if you are D-class. AA is a special weapon supply that is to be used against the anomalous and never to be used against people in any way form or fashion.

Why should you be unbanned: Hello again SA it's good to talk to you again (Many times in fact). As you might know I have a pretty bad track record for breaking rules and you denying this is COMPLETELY understandable and I will go on about my life if that is the case. But I am very attached to Civil Networks and enjoy playing on this server as D-class is the most thrilling Class in my personal Experience. I know there isn't really an excuse to my actions, and I ask for forgiveness as I was genuinely unaware of that fact that AA (Excluding Matadors) can't be used on Personal as a D-class. I thought the use of AA was strictly an ethics bound rule that didn't apply to a matador which had to be used on Vehicles alone. I got this from the fact that I have seen many instances of items such as Augers and few cases of nitro and matadors being used on Personal by non-Foundation or disguised D-class. I can never recall a time where they got in trouble and or banned which led me to believe in this fact. The fact I have thrown AA (as a D-class) before against and admin or two without getting in trouble or being told it was wrong further cemented the idea that AA was able to be used on Foundation personal as long as you weren't Foundation (Excluding the Matador of course). I have taken the time to look over the rules and have learned from my mistakes and will keep them in mind in the future.

I can't show the clips due to the fact I deleted them on accident.

But as a devoted Civil Networker and a passionate player I ask for forgiveness even though I don't deserve it. This was in part due to my ignorance and uninformed knowledge of AA which shouldn't be an excuse but is sadly the only one I have. It would be very kind if I were to be unbanned and given another chance at redemption (Which I have gotten to many times).

After looking at the evidence and hearing the story from the Admin i have decided the following.

You keep neglecting the rules and violating them even after being banned 6 separate times within 6 months. Every appeal you mentioned, you won't break the rules again, but all the bans and warns are showing the opposite.

You have reached FailRP Class X and stacked bans Class X,

This shows just a full disregard for the rules or to follow them.

Regarding this specific ban

1.12 Realistic Equipment Use - Equipment must be used realistically and not be abused. Advanced Armory equipment must not be used against human combatants, all rocket launchers (RPG) can be used only against armored vehicles.

specific guidelines.
Default loadout, SCP-914, and Reality Bending Advanced Armory equipment may be used against human combatants. (eg. ERT members who spawn with Nerve Gas, or a reality bender manifests an Auger Minigun)

Based on the above and after discussion with a super admin, we have decided to elevate your ban to a permanent ban.
