Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I’m excited to take the next step in the Research Department and explore all the fascinating anomalies this facility has to offer. I’ve got so many ideas for tests and experiments, and having a CL4 card would open up so many opportunities to bring them to life. Beyond that, being an Executive Researcher isn’t just about access, it’s about the chance to make a real impact. I love being someone others can look up to or turn to when they need help or guidance. It’s genuinely rewarding to help someone get out of a rut or to encourage them to keep pushing forward. I enjoy meeting new people, building connections, and working with like-minded colleagues who want to make the Research Department a better, more exciting place for everyone. It’s not just a role to me, it’s a chance to inspire and grow alongside an amazing team.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I believe I have demonstrated my ability to create exceptional roleplay experiences and produce high-quality documents. I've shown myself to be a well-liked and approachable individual who connects with nearly everyone. I strive to foster a positive atmosphere, encouraging those around me to do the same, and I dedicate much of my time on-site to teaching and assisting others. I aim to continue this journey, growing into someone others can rely on, whether to answer questions or provide guidance to those who may have lost their way.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?:
I currently have 8 excellent graded research studies.
Documents aren't just all about word count and formatting. The document needs to make sense, be coherent and neat. On top of this the study itself needs to be fruitful, needs to grasp the attention of the reader and hold on till the very end. Interesting studies are normally the most outlandish of them all but have the best depth of content while reading them.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Executive Researchers are the cornerstone of the Research Department, serving as leaders, directors, and educators. Acting as the primary support for the Director of Research in all facility-related matters, they take on crucial responsibilities such as grading documents, approving tests and sampling, and fostering engaging roleplay. Their role extends to being exemplary mentors, guiding and inspiring the next generation of senior staff with dedication and expertise.
