Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have had a job kick after accidentally leaving Gmod open during a party, playing as Able on Thanksgiving. Was AFK when breached, had to be forced off the job.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher? Well, first and foremost, Researcher is probably my favorite job on site as of right now. 99% of my character playtime is on Researcher, and including my time on SCP, it's likely around 50/50 time wise. Another reason I am applying is because not only do I think I am mature enough, I've been recommended to apply by a few higher ups, one of whom being GENSEC Captain "DarkSky". I have also been told I am Executive material.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: Not only do I conduct myself professionally at all times, I also do not have any warns. Additionally, I also conduct myself well during tests, but my documents are incredibly thorough (of the documents I have uploaded, one is 19 pages (912/079 cross interview log), one is 38 pages (106 behavioral study), and one is looking to be around 50 pages as of writing).

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have 2 documents currently graded as excellent. Excellent is 4 tiers above the rest, and it just means you went above and beyond to write as detailed of a document as you reasonably could about your test without a huge time commitment.
For example, an 8-10 page Research study would likely get the excellent rating if it is properly written with for example a Table Of Contents and a few extra spicy pages added, with the prerequisites such as a Hypothesis, experiment results, and the initial testing procedures.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: In RP, an Executive Researcher is in charge of handling Researchers and making sure they are following the CoE/CoC during their testing, approving testing for Juniors, Researchers and Seniors, and also just generally being a good avenue for roleplaying opportunities from people lower on the rank chain. If accepted for the Executive Researcher Job, I will follow through will all of these, and go above and beyond as an executive to make sure the Research division stays fun, and a solid option for RP.

I have a personnel file made currently regarding the lore of Hutson Kuznetsov,
As for some story lines, there is a lot of opportunities available regarding working with Groups of Interests such as CI and GOC for Research purposes as an AUD-5 member (Stee Ven's research division), and as a man from a separate reality. I will also be working in some RP with the other 999 using samples if it fits. I can also RP with ethics and MTF, as I will be conducting very dynamic and interesting tests (for example, just yesterday, I did an SCP-099 test with Project Mitosis to duplicate SCP-099 to be sent to Site-62, allowing a lot of the
E-11 to get to RP outside of events since we brought it to HCZ for inspection).
