Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
-Yes it is no secret I have many warnings in bans but I haven't had any for over a month and I have changed. I have had 3 offenses removed, including 2 bans. I am working on continuing to change for the better.
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
- I am applying for internal security inspector in the hope I can continue my work to help ISD. As investigator I have been doing some really good work for ISD and I only hope to continue with the new authorizations I would have as a inspector such as dealing with infobreaches. As a investigator I am quite limited on what I can do and I hope to use the inspector's abilities to improve ISD and other departments who need ISD.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
-I am suitable for a internal security inspector do to my experience as an active member of isd. I understand the jobs of an inspector and I have proved myself to be doing my job as investigator. I will only continue to do the same when I reach inspector, I will do everything I can to make sure the department stays the way people want.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
-A ideal internal security inspector is someone who listens and understands every situation. Whether the person is wrong or right you should give them a chance to say what they think is right then explain. This can be used in most cases such as disciplining agents/operatives, taking reports, and getting someone’s side of the story of an arrest.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
-I have no major documents completed but I am working on a repeat offenders list and a “people doing their job” list. I think what makes a doc good is if it is easy to understand for someone who doesn’t know everything about ISD. For example an arrest report shouldn’t just say the charge it should say what happend to cause that charge to be used.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
-Some of the responsibilities of an inspector include disciplining agents/operatives, training investigators/agents/operatives, setting up checkpoints, taking reports/ complaints of a member of ISD,judging summary tribunals, conducting arrests on Cl4 that can’t be done by lower ranks, dealing with info breaches/CL4 knowledge cases, and finally making everyone feel welcome in ISD.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
-Many people know me as a minge as I’ve been told and I’m sure a lot of the -support’s will say that regardless of what I say here but I’ll try my best to explain myself. My two weeks as investigator have shown I am trying to make the department better whether that is answering questions that agents have or having to lockdown ISD wing with 4 gensec because a chef gang had CL5 knowledge by NHUing into deep research. I will deal with anything that comes my way and I can continue this as an inspector.I have already been handling agents/operatives via reporting them to inspectors for a long time but if this application gets accepted I don’t have to dm every inspector about an agent abusing his power. I will be do what the department agrees on to help the department and never go my own way.

‘Advil’ Smith worked at a CIA research facility and worked on a cover up for human research funded by what they thought was a sector of the military. He worked on a project funded by the foundation. This project related to truth serums and making people forget. They were given people who communicated via the parawatch forum who were captured by “the military”. The project worked on controlling the information they knew and removing memories. 'Advil' Smith was then recruited and debriefed of controlling infobreaches and his knowledge of undercover work with detecting misconduct.
